Gianpaolo Davide Rossetti è dottore commercialista e revisore legale iscritto all’albo dei dottori commercialisti ed esperti contabili di Roma e al registro dei revisori legali, rispettivamente, dal 2003 dal 2001. Dal 27 dicembre 2018 è stato insignito del titolo di Cavaliere dell’Ordine al Merito della Repubblica Italiana.
E’ componente di collegi sindacali e di revisione, organismi di vigilanza 231 e comitati di sorveglianza di società, (anche di interesse pubblico e di gruppi quotati), fondi di previdenza, università, fondazioni, enti pubblici e organismi istituzionali.
Componente del Comitato didattico per la formazione continua dei revisori legali nominato con determina del Ragioniere Generale dello Stato del 19/12/2022 – Incarico gratuito triennale con decorrenza dal 1° gennaio 2023 -.
E’ membro del Comitato Direttivo del Corso di Laurea in Scienze della Difesa e della Sicurezza dell’Università LINK CAMPUS e Professore a contratto in “Economia e Management d’impresa”.
È docente nell’Executive Program of Administration, Finance and Control e nei corsi post-laurea di Corporate Legal Consultant, Management of the Corporate Crisis e Budget Analysis presso la LUISS Business School.
E’ autore di diverse pubblicazioni in materia di economia aziendale, organizzazione e gestione d’impresa, corporate governance e controlli interni, docente universitario a contratto e di master post-universitari , convegnista e collaboratore di quotidiani e riviste specialistiche.
E’ redattore e curatore del “Codice del Revisore Legale”- I, II , III e IV, V e VI edizione – disponibili presso tutte le edicole italiane rispettivamente da novembre 2017, ottobre 2018, settembre 2019 e settembre 2020, ottobre 2021, ottobre 2022 – schede di sintesi, analisi, commenti, documentazione e normativa relativa ad amministratori, sindaci, revisori, organismi di vigilanza e organi di controllo interno di società quotate e non – edito da “Il Sole 24 ore recensiti dal ministero economia – ragioneria generale dello stato, revisione legale.
E’ curatore e autore dell’opera editoriale sui “Principi Contabili Internazionali IAS/IFRS” composta da tre volumi monografici: 1. Il bilancio e le poste contabili; 2. Le operazioni straordinarie e i riflessi sul nuovo bilancio civilistico; 3. Normativa e schema di bilancio edita da “Il Sole 24 Ore” e disponibile in edicola da dicembre 2016.
E’ curatore e autore del testo “I modelli di governo societario e la revisione legale dei conti in Italia”, Nel Diritto Editore, da settembre 2015 disponibile in libreria, recensito dal ministero economia – ragioneria generale dello stato, revisione legale.
E’ curatore e co-autore di “Lo stato di crisi dell’impresa commerciale“ collana editoriale de “Il Sole 24 ore” – sistema Frizzera 24 – “Rilanciare l’impresa: la guida pratica per uscire dalla crisi” su crisi, strategie di risanamento delle imprese e ruolo degli organi societari (amministratori, sindaci, revisori e organismi di vigilanza).
E’ curatore del “Codice del revisore 2013” – documentazione e normativa relativa ad amministratori, sindaci e revisori – edito da “Il sole 24 ore” – sistema frizzera 24, recensito dal ministero economia – ragioneria generale dello stato, revisione legale.
E’ curatore del “Codice degli amministratori e sindaci di società” – società e borsa, crisi d’impresa e revisione legale dei conti – schede di sintesi, raccolta normativa e linee guida per amministratori, sindaci e revisori, edito da “Il sole 24 ore” – sistema frizzera 24, uscito in edicola a ottobre 2012.
Fino al 28 febbraio 2022 è stato Commissario straordinario unico dell’Ordine dei Dottori Commercialisti ed Esperti Contabili di Roma nominato con Decreto Ministro della Giustizia del 20 ottobre 2020 su proposta del Consiglio Nazionale dei Dottori Commercialisti ed Esperti Contabili.
Fino al 30 novembre 2022 è stato Esperto a supporto della Struttura per le crisi d’impresa, ai sensi dell’art. 39, co. 4, del decreto-legge n. 34/2020 convertito in legge n. 77/2020 nominato con Decreto del Ministro dello Sviluppo Economico del 22 settembre 2021.
Nel 2018, ha partecipato – per selezione – all’IVPL (International Visitor Leadership Program) – United States Department of State – a Washington e New York.
Ha conseguito la laurea, con lode, in economia e commercio alla Luiss Guido Carli.
E’ nato a Galatina (Le) nel 1971, residente a Roma, coniugato e papà di un figlio.

Gianpaolo Davide Rossetti is a chartered accountant and statutory auditor registered as a certified practicing accountant and statutory auditor, respectively, since 2003 and since 2001. From 27 December 2018 has been awarded the title of Knight of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic.
He is a member of boards of statutory auditors and auditors, supervisory bodies and supervisory committees of companies, (including those of public interest and listed groups), social security funds, universities, foundations, public bodies and institutional bodies.
Member of the Educational Committee for the continuous training of statutory auditors appointed by resolution of the State General Accountant of 12/19/2022 – Free three-year assignment starting from 1 January 2023.
He is a member of the Steering Committee of the Degree Course in Defense and Security Sciences at LINK CAMPUS University and Adjunct Professor in “Business Economics and Management”.
He is a lecturer in the Executive Program of Administration, Finance and Control and in the post-graduate courses of Corporate Legal Consultant, Management of the Corporate Crisis and Budget Analysis at LUISS Business School.
He has published several articles on business economics, business organization and management, corporate governance and internal controls working as specialist magazine collaborator.
He is curator of the “Code of the Legal Auditor” – I, II and III, IV, V and VI editions – available at all Italian newsstands respectively from November 2017, October 2019, September 2019, September 2020, October 2021, October 2022 – summary sheets, analysis, comments, documentation and legislation relating to directors, statutory auditors, auditors, supervisory bodies and internal control bodies of listed and non-listed companies published by “Il Sole 24 Ore” reviewed by the Ministry of the Economy – General State Accounting, Statutory Audit.
He is author of the editorial work on the “International Accounting Standards IAS / IFRS” composed of three monographic volumes: 1. The financial statements and accounting entries; 2. Extraordinary transactions and repercussions on the new statutory financial statements; 3. Regulations and financial statements published by “Il Sole 24 Ore” and available on newsstands as of December 2016.
He is author of the text “The models of corporate governance and the statutory audit of the accounts in Italy”, In the Publisher Law, available from September 2015 in bookstores, reviewed by the Ministry of Economy – General State Accounting, Statutory Audit.
He is co-author of “The state of crisis of the commercial enterprise” editorial series of “Il Sole 24 ore” – sistema frizzera 24 – “Relaunching the company: the practical guide to get out of the crisis” on crisis, strategies reorganization of companies and role of the corporate bodies (directors, auditors, auditors and supervisory bodies).
He is author of the “2013 Auditor’s Code” – documentation and regulations relating to directors, auditors and auditors – published by “Il sole 24 ore” – Sistema Frizzera 24, reviewed by the Ministry of Economics – General Accounting of the State, statutory audit.
He is author of the “Code of directors and statutory auditors” – company and stock exchange, corporate crisis and statutory audit of the accounts – summary sheets, legislation and guidelines for directors, auditors and auditors, published by “Il sole 24 o’clock – sistema frizzera 24, released on newsstands in October 2012.
Until February 28, 2022, he was the extraordinary Commissioner of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Rome appointed by the Minister of Justice Decree of 20 October 2020 on the proposal of the National Council of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts.
Until 30 November 2022 he was an Expert in support of the Corporate Crisis Structure, pursuant to art. 39, co. 4, of the decree-law n. 34/2020 converted into law n. 77/2020 appointed by Decree of the Minister of Economic Development of 22 September 2021.
